3. venue selection
We present venues that best match your expectations and budget. We organise site visits and assess the possibilities of each space together, pointing out its advantages and limitations. If needed, we suggest solutions to adapt the venue, for example by using a marquee or additional infrastructure.
4. vendor selection
We recommend trusted vendors such as florists, decorators, photographers, musicians, catering, transport and accommodation. We help you compare offers and choose the options best suited to your event.
5. Formalities & contracts
We coordinate contracts, payments and cooperation timelines with all vendors. We make sure the terms are clear and dates are aligned. We support you in completing all formalities related to civil, church, outdoor and international ceremonies.
6. finances
We inform you about the rules of settlements with vendors. When signing a contract with a vendor, a deposit is required, usually 10–30% of the service value. The full fee is settled before or on the wedding day, in line with the terms of the contracts. We make sure payment deadlines are known in advance and easy to plan.
7. Planning & operational coordination
We create a detailed event plan covering set design, spatial layout, music, menu, atmosphere and the flow of the day. We organise logistics for your guests, including accommodation, transfers and information communication, also in foreign languages. If you wish, we also coordinate payments to vendors according to the timelines specified in the contracts.
8. Wedding day and post-event support
We are with you from the preparations until late at night, ensuring the celebration runs smoothly. We coordinate the work of all vendors and the implementation of every arrangement. Together with the venue manager, we supervise the organisation so that decisions are made efficiently, without the need for you to get involved in operational matters. We work discreetly and respond in real time so that you can fully focus on experiencing and celebrating your day. After the event, we coordinate the delivery of your photos and video materials.
