About

Pałac Mała Wieś, located less than 50 kilometres from Warsaw, is a true classicist gem and one of Poland’s most beautiful historic residential estates. Surrounded by a 30-hectare park, picturesque gardens, and the serene Mazovian landscape, it offers more than a place to unwind — it invites you into a world of elegance, refined taste, and contemporary hospitality.

Over 230 years of history — and a new chapter of luxury

The palace was built in 1786 at the initiative of Bazyli Walicki, Grand Marshal of the Crown. For decades, it served as a meeting place for Poland’s elite and aristocratic families — including the Zamoyskis, Lubomirskis, Rzewuskis and Morawskis. It welcomed King Stanisław August Poniatowski and witnessed important events and conversations that shaped the country’s history.

Following a multi-stage restoration completed in 2017, Pałac Mała Wieś regained its former splendour, combining historic character with the luxury of modern hospitality, gastronomy, and wellness services.

Boutique hotel – comfort with character

The palace complex offers 54 elegant rooms and suites arranged across four historic outbuildings. Each interior is thoughtfully designed, blending classic inspiration with modern amenities — air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a minibar, a welcome set, and a premium cosmetics line.

Guests can expect privacy, tranquillity, and a distinctive atmosphere — ideal for a romantic weekend, a family escape, or an intimate corporate gathering.Pałac Mała Wieś also hosts a rich calendar of special events. Guests can enjoy theatre performances, chamber concerts, live music, and themed culinary evenings. The palace has also been the setting for festive celebrations, New Year’s Eve balls, and elegant private occasions.

Thanks to this varied cultural and entertainment offering, Pałac Mała Wieś is a unique space for gatherings, artistic events, and memorable experiences for guests from across the country.

Wozownia restaurant – tradition, reimagined

Set within the historic interiors of a former stable, Restauracja Stara Wozownia has earned recognition for its creative approach to Polish cuisine under Head Chef Rafał Kępka. The menu changes seasonally, built around produce from local suppliers, vegetables from the palace garden, and honey from the estate’s own apiary.

Guests can savour classic flavours in a contemporary interpretation — accompanied by carefully selected wines, including labels from Pałac Mała Wieś’s own vineyard. In summer, a terrace overlooking the park and pond becomes the perfect setting for breakfasts and candlelit dinners.

Spa & wellness – a space for body and senses

The relaxation zone at Pałac Mała Wieś is a modern spa offering massages, beauty rituals, cosmetic treatments, and soothing sessions featuring natural ingredients. Treatments make use of, among others, grape extracts, herbs, and locally sourced honey. Guests also have access to a sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, and movement classes — including outdoor yoga.

A romantic park and historic gardens

The landscaped park surrounding the palace is one of Poland’s best-preserved examples of 18th-century garden art. It features walking paths, ponds, gazebos, French and English-style gardens, and charming corners perfect for photo sessions, outdoor ceremonies, or quiet moments with a view of historic architecture.

The palace vineyard – Polish winemaking at its finest

The estate includes a 30-hectare vineyard — one of the largest in Poland and the largest in the Mazovia region.

The first harvest took place in August 2024, enabling the long-awaited wines to enter the market in spring 2025. This year’s harvest took place in September 2025 and included guests of Pałac Mała Wieś, who were able to pick grapes themselves and learn more about vineyard work firsthand. The Pałac Mała Wieś Vineyard is not only about wine production — it is a centre for cultural life and enotourism. Guests can take part in workshops, tastings, and wine education, as well as a variety of vineyard events such as summer dances among the vines, theatre performances, and open-air concerts.

The vineyard’s offering supports regional tourism and makes it possible to discover Polish winemaking in an elegant, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere — combining a passion for wine with culture, entertainment, and education.
